
Main Duties
· Identifying and actively engaging newcustomers (cold calls, email outreach, networking)
· Maintaining and developing relationshipswith existing clients
· Preparing sales proposals, conductingnegotiations, and closing deals
· Presenting and demonstratingproduct/service features
· Conducting market and competitorresearch
· Developing sales plans and providingregular performance reports
· Executing marketing and sales campaigns;participating in events
· Analyzing customer needs and offeringappropriate solutions
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
· Strong communication and negotiationskills
· Excellent knowledge of English andRussian (written and spoken)
· Sales experience (preferably in a B2Bor B2C environment)
· Customer-oriented approach and strongpersuasive abilities
· Time management skills and theability to achieve targets
· Analytical thinking and goodunderstanding of the market
· Stress resilience and ability to workin a team
· Excellent knowledge of computersoftware (Canva, MS Office)
Educationand Experience
· Highereducation (marketing, business, economics, or a related field)
· 3 years of experience in the sales field
Workdays and hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
Working Conditions
· Base salary: AMD 400,000 +performance-based bonuses
